Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter. Entries must be submitted in accordance with official event instructions. Winner must be present at the Glowlight Med Spa 2 Year Anniversary Event on June 2, 2026 to be eligible to win.

One (1) winner will receive one year of eligible neurotoxin treatments at Glowlight Med Spa. Prize includes up to one (1) treatment visit every three (3) months for one (1) year, with a maximum of 100 units of Botox® or Dysport® per visit. Treatments must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the winner announcement date.

All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and approval by a licensed Glowlight Nurse Injector. Treatment type, dosage, timing, and eligibility will be determined solely by Glowlight Med Spa based on medical appropriateness, safety considerations, and individual treatment goals. Winner must be medically eligible to receive treatment. Results are not guaranteed.

Prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted or exchanged, and has no cash value. Any additional treatments, services, upgrades, gratuities, or products not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
By entering, participants agree to allow Glowlight Med Spa to use their name, likeness, and event photography/video for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Glowlight Med Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
